How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing the past. Coaching focuses on the present and future. We explore how you think, feel, and act now — so you can move forward.
How does coaching work?
All sessions are virtual. You’ll book a time on my calendar, and a Zoom link will be emailed to you. Regular coaching sessions are 30 minutes or one hour. Discovery calls are 30 minutes and give us a chance to see if coaching is a good fit for you.
How many sessions do I need?
Some people come for a few sessions, others stay longer. Together, we’ll figure out what feels right for you.
